Videos in Docs

Google Slides has been my go to GSuite application when adding video content. In the spring, I wrote a post on video in Google Slides highlighting the new features of video that Google announced in February.  Although Slides is an excellent tool and one that many teachers choose to use when designing HyperDocs, many teachers prefer to design in Docs.  One of the most asked questions from teachers using Docs for HyperDocs is how to embed a video.  There are 3 different options depending on your preference.

⓵  Insert the link as text within your document.

⓶ Insert a screenshot of the video and hyperlink the image.

⓷ Insert the video via a Google Drawing hack!
